As I watched  a neighbor cross the street rack his leafs into the street.......When I asked him why he was doing that. He replied that they were from the next door neighbors tree, so they weren't his problem ::).........You gotta love these.Focking clowns!

My gutters are packed.....I took off the gutter guards that were here when I moved in as they just made it harder to clean.  My brother had some gutters installed that you can take the end caps off of them and then just use a pressure water hose to blow those bastards out, clean into my strange asian guys yard..... ;D  think I might invest in some.

Didn't go super heavy as Gene is still in therapy for his arm and it was a pain stripping and putting the weights back on.

last two sets of bench was reps with 275lbs
last set of hammer incline was reps with 320lbs
