Probably better from a gym store.the one's at my gym have a gritty mat on the top so there is a little shock absober and your sneaks have some grab.


....might hurt some peoples knees but never mine.chaos does them too.

I line mine up in a row and jump up/down/up/down then back down to the small one.

Not 10 reps, basically instead of jumping backwards down to the ground you jump forward, and immediately jump up on the next height.
