I've been working out harder than ever and cutting hard. All while losing weight, gaining muscle and strength lifting in the afternoon. On top of 6 am cardio 4 days a week to boot. Shoots that perpetuated myth to shit.

I was trying to clean up the thread and keep it about lifting.
half ass workout,didn't lift Monday and don't have time tonight.
so it was a little chest,back,bi's and tri's.
