He's a big guy but honestly you find his range of motion impressive? Btw I'd figure you'd be disrespectful about the marines since you've proved around here what type of "man" you are.
hhahahaaa, you're a moron for "enlisting", aren't you 30 years old, lol. ;D

If you train "compact " you look compact..Guys who dont use full range of motion or stretch the muscle why doing each rep tend to look blocky, and more compact.

Bullshit. Range of motion doesn't change insertion points.

I could name a dozen pros right now who don't do "full" range of motion who "flow well". Actually most pros don't do full range of motion.

Im starting to think full range opf motion is just BS,
Ever damn pro there is with Huge legs NEVER USES FULL range of motion, Coleman, branch etc

The guy is strong, but he is very blocky.I dont know if its his structure, or because he doesnt do full range of motion.I used to do 150lbs bumbeels for 8reps, 3 years ago when I was 290lbs, but I went all the way up all the way down.
The guy is strong as hell but his form and range of motion is awful. He is aonly doing half reps and pumping them out.
He should drop the weight 10 lbs and do full range of motion.
If you train "compact " you look compact..Guys who dont use full range of motion or stretch the muscle why doing each rep tend to look blocky, and more compact. He is very dense and has alot of size, I just doubt his muscle will flow well togetrher onstage.
I agree wholeheartedly........qu arter reps at best.......if he would perform hammer presses with 4 plates and dumbbell presses with 160s, he would then probably be using full range of motion. IMHO

The guy's style is moronic as hell. He's show off, acting constantly like someone mentioned. Probably oiled up before the workout too. See how he sits flexing his arm constantly in the beginning, extremely body conscious. Never grew up from that phase.

He's going for the hat pulled down over the eyes tough guy look.

And even if you do so-called full range of motion it doesn't mean you're working the muscle through its full range of motion. Say you do a barbell bench. When the bar hits your chest the pectoralis isn't stretched out fully, like it would if you were doing a dumbell fly for example. A full squat doesn't work the quad through as long a range as a sissy squat. And etc.

So true, look at how Sergio used to do his preachers at the 1.32 mark, and Larry Scott did the same.I spent nearly 30 years training "full range" and "strict",and its only this last year that i`ve cheated the weight up and cut down the range of motion on biceps and triceps and my arms are the biggest they`ve ever been.

well let's see, he's bigger than you, he's thicker than you, he's more shredded than you, he's stronger than you, he has more shape to his muscles than you, shall i go on with the way he owns you?
