his 200 X 11-12 presses are just mindbogling

Those were Good legit reps also,
I doubt anyone on this planet except the 1000 pound benchers can do that, hell if they even can do it.

In his prime, Tom had a fantastic physique - right up there with the likes of Mike Francois and Paul De Mayo. He only nailed his conditioning a couple of times onstage - when he won his pro card and in the Night of Champions where he placed third, but could have easily won with few complaints.

I loved seeing Tom's pics and articles in FLEX back in the 90s - he was of the same height as me and that's very similar to what I wanted to look like, on a smaller scale, of course. Very thick and powerful looking.

If you took the shit he did maybe you'd get close to his size ... depends on your discipline and your response to gear

Because he still likes working out, perhaps? ::)

haha fucking tools like "Ironmagazine", tend to believe that pros off the gear dont train at all. Of course they train because they love it.

Tommie and I used to train at the same gym in Florida, and yes he definitely lifted what he said he lifted.
It was absolutely amazing : strict , slow , and perfect form always .

Well, to be truthful, when Tom Prince was training back in the days, he was extremely strong, and wouldnt doubt those claims, at least once or twice.

X2.......he was strong as an ox!!!!!!

Dude was a fucking freak no doubt.

Im amazed that he hansä't killed himself or something,

Going from 300 pounds to 180 and never being able to use roids or anything again must take a big fucking toll on the mind.

I mean, Levrone etc, can juice up if he wanted to, Tom can't.
What an ugly symbol!? Are you using translator all the time or what?

no you fucking moron, working out 1-2 times per week is useless, just look at his picture, if you're not going to put in at least 3 work-outs per week don't bother, you're wasting your time.

maybe if you're going to post on a bodybuilding board you should try gaining some knowledge of exercise physiology!

TP trains a few days a week to keep in shape the best he can...more training would be impossible as his job demands long hours and he's moved on and turned the page in the BB chapter of his life

i remember talking to him at the 03 O Expo. He was VERY approachable and nice. This was after he went natural(besides replacement therapy) hell he was still 3 bills.

it would be cool for a week then you would get fed up of not being able to wipe your own ass and put your socks on, and regular tasks becoming huge challenges.
You would wish you could be back in your 190lb physique.
