when and where??
and how is your diet/training going??

I'm shooting for July 22 Tournament of Champions in Anaheim, Ca. I usually always eat clean and stay relativly lean, right now it's fairly high protein, high carbs and little fat. Training is going well, but my age caught up with my knees LOL!

Mike,

I'd like to thank you for not polluting the whole board with your pics anymore. That was getting a little annoying. Keep up the great work and remember that theres a lot of people that wanna see you fail, prove them wrong.

Your #1 fan,

Borracho.

ROTFL!!!  yeah, it does suck man.  have you snapped at Cheri yet?  it happens, bro.  i was the type that just got real quiet and depressed (sluggish).  but my wife damn near stepped on my throat and then twisted my head of when she competed.  lol  she was brutal.  just remind Cheri that this isn't you right now, and it's not your intent to hurt her feelings.  but from what i gather, you two are pretty perceptive on one another and you're open about communication, which is crucial in a relationship.

just keep looking forward to those carb days, and savor them.  and treat her EXTRA special when you're feeling great.

its odd, mike....your lats look so big and full from the front...but from the back they sort of disappear. whats your back day look like?

and man......those legs are gonna need some work if you want to do well....  after this contesti suggest you cut back on the arm and chest and trap training a little bit and just kill your legs... be more proportional.

but only if you want to compete again.....cuz if not, you really have no reason to bring up yourlegs.

nice work dieting down though!!   leaner than me!(thats not saying much...but still..your hard work is showing!)

Mike, I hope these comparisons are helping you see that what you are doing is working.  Great job, bro!  I think the biggest different I see is in your back (seeing a little more detail) and in your legs.  Your legs aren't big, but you can see the definition coming along.  I think your proportions are going to be pretty nice.  You'll be very symmetrical, which is a huge part of the game of illusion.  That's all bodybuilding is, bro - illusion.  And you'll bring plenty of muscle to the game.   You are doing the Getbig crew proud, bro.  Keep it up.

Mike,

Unfortunately the hunger and sluggishness will only get worst the leaner you get. I hope its not that bad already otherwise this is gonna be hell for you.  :-\
