However these recent pics shocked me at how far you came. shows wat can be achieved with a good diet and dedication.

From what I see, it does not look like Mike has lost to much musclesize either, he's MUCH leaner than he was at the biggest, so the so called "muscleloss" that many people here talk about don't seem to be so radical at all. Has he kept most of his strength?

With 6 weeks to go, I think Mike's on the route to make the people who never thought he could do this to eat their own negative fucking words

Nice work Mike. You've come along way here! Last set of pics are looking great. Definately an inspiration for me to get cut for summer. Best of luck over these last weeks before your competition!
