Lookin great big dog!  If I may make a recomendation that has helped me in the last 3 weeks it would be to use the gauntlet for your cardio, if I remember you do already.  I put it only on level 4 (manual) and really try to focus on squeezing my quads for 30 seconds followed by 1-2min of normal walking, 1hr.  My quad seperation has improved greatly.  Bring up the quads a little, squeeze all leg movements, carb up and your dialed in!!! ;)

Damn Mike all I can say is Damn !

  I can not speak for every one but I can say you look great and have made a wonderful transformation.  Your legs are starting to shap up and I notice you got your self a few viens now as well.
 
 No matter how you place at your show I think your transformation is a
accomplishment in it's self and you should be very proud. Your whole transformation has been very motivating and inspirtional.
