I don't know if it's the video quality or what, but really try to crunch and make those abs pop, during your ab and thigh

Do you use free squats or front squats?

Why/Why not?

Mike.......the newest pics and video look great.  Your posing is much improved from when you started.  Sugguestion....when practicing your posing, hit the pose and hold it for like 20 seconds.  Just have cheri call out the manditories and hold them for 20 sec.

This will condition you for on stage, I noticed in the video, you tend to hit a pose and hold if for like 2 seconds.  There might be alot of people in your class, and the judges will be pissed if your not holding your poses.

That was just to get em all done in under a minute (time limit on the camera).  When he practices (and when we take regular pictures) I make him hold them.   ;)

Good.

Also on the legs....heels about 2 inches apart, toes slightly outward, knees slightly bent, and imagine pushing your knees outward, this will help with the sweep, and make your legs look bigger. ;)

Wow Mike!  Thank you so much for doing this thread.  I wish Laura would do one when her time comes but don't blame her at all for resisting doing so....so far!!! :)

It's very motivational and makes me want to go on a diet.................... ........................ .......maybe tomorrow ;D

Looking very lean bro!!  Great job!

The infamous Michael Arvilla....

It was just what? A few months ago that you were posting pictures of yourself at the lake and Freakzilla was ripping you apart for being fat, out of shape and that you'd be 200lbs max if it came to being in shape.

Soak it up bro, especially doing all this for the first time at 40.

TEAM ARVILLA '06

Werd Frozzz, Werd....MIke owns Freskzilla right now..total Owneage..I saw his pics he posted..Sorry freak.. :-\
