Mike, looking good, keep it up

quick question, how much cardio are you doing?
and do you take BCAA/ECA or any kind of thermo if so when?
Here comes the money shot

thanks!

45 min first thing in the am (empty stomach)
35-40 mins at night (after all meals are consumed)

BCCA  = yes every couple of hours
ECA= YES 3 times a day (before am cardio, before workout, late afternoon)

He is just messing with Freak  :)

We all know the correct placement for Michaels legs is one leg flexed for quad presentation and one foot up Freaks ass.   ;D

Shit... ECA 3 times a day?  Damn... Mike, seriously, with your age and other *super* supplement use, that is a LOT of stress on your heart.  be safe, man.

Finally the fat Arvilla is gone.

Mr 25+ % BF - NO MORE!

Your transformation is impressive.

Perhaps one day you'll be able to place in some local contest. That would be really impressive.

But the major thing is actually this first step. Slaying the "size" dragon.

Good on ya.

what is your problem lately Zack?? (lack of attention/pussy)
you attack Cheri/Laura at every available oppurtunity (shes a chick dude)
now this "backhanded compliment "perhaps one day you will be able to place in a local contest"

LOL!.................i got no beef with you(neither does Laura)
we are just "doing what we are doing" and not hurting anyone...............

is it the "special guest" status?
her being a Mod here?
(don't laugh this place was in an uproar when we both got blue stars)

im not a bad guy bro
and Cheri/Laura is really a sweetheart............

It's funny last night i was telling Laura the people i liked and thought were my friends
(240, freakzilla,zack)
have been the most critical and harshest
(i really thought freak would be helping me big -time seeing as i had never competed before and he had!)
then i got guys like LLES,JIMMY MENTIS,VINNY GALANTI,RHINO,BIG ANT,LITTLEGUNS,HASBEENS,BDYY88,and lot's of others offering all kinds of great advice/ideas
the debacle over the blue stars was just absurd!

im not the same person i was before starting this...............this has humbled me greatly
i would like to thank everyone publicly for there support
i love most of you guys!
time for cardio.................. ..............peace!

Since you asked...

Yes, you look much better. Yes, you did "use" to do it.  Sure, your upper body looks great.  Sure, your legs are still 3 years behind them. And your transformation is impressive, but not groundbreaking- there are hundreds of competitors on getbig who do the same thing.

Dude, there are plenty of strangers who will say things that feel good, but the tough and honest words are the ones you should listen to most.  Keep it in perspective.  When I want honest opinions about something, I come to getbig, not the woman- cause you'll never get an objective view at home.  None of us will!

So yes, you look much better man.  You changed for the positive.  Compete if you'd like.  But when you come on gossip/opinions, you'll get opinions, good and bad.  The tough criticism is worth much more to you, while it's much harder to take.  We only grow after we've faced reality and seen our flaws and attacked them.  There are a million ppl in the world to pat you on the back and say "NICE JOB!".  But you don't grow from hearing you're "already there".  You grow from identifying weaknesses and addressing them.  Peace.

ahhhhhhh the KING of backhanded compliments.  Well, he didn't ask you fuckface but since you offered your worthless 1 cent, please stfu until you know what you are talking about.  You are the last person on this board who should be offering opinions, whether good or bad.  Come back and talk about lifting after you have actually lifted a weight.  You meaningless banter with Pro's is just another pathetic way for you to get your much needed attention.

Michael has made a tremendous transformation in both his body and attitude regarding bodybuilding and bodybuilders, but seeing that you could never obtain such, it is quite sad that you will never see that side of the fence.  And therefor you will never respect anyone else for doing so.  I think they call that "jealousy".  So just keep sitting behind that computer screen posting your "stupid ass shots" Rob.  We're all real interested in what you have to say. ::)

:D Weee
