im gonna have to agree with iron neck that mike does not look all that great, esp. for a roid user. but im gonna have to disagree and say he looked his best before this extreme muscle loss with a tad bit of fat lossdiet. haha

How do you think you'd look compared to Mike if you were to diet down from "a lean" 240 down to Mike's BF level?  ;)

You're one of the funniest posters on this board at this point, that's for sure, and I'm sure the ladies fall for your good looks, especcially on Myspace:

haha, i didnt say anything about myself compared to either of them, did i? and im not at a lean 240, im at a 20 % bf 245!! :D

but i am not sure how i would do against him...i think i have rather large joints as well...

but to be his size, his age, his years of training, and using roids.....he just isnt impressive at all.

and that picture is old, and use to be my avatar on a political site a few years back. thats where superstar got it from.

sooooooooooo, what you are saying Zack is that you absolutely have to lift weights to have muscle.  Btw, I am not a liar, there is nothing I gain here from lying about my sons physique.  And other than you being fruity, why are you using such a statement?  The comparison of Arvilla and ironneck is apples and oranges, not two kids of the same age and caliber.

Lady, YOU'RE A LIAR...

There is no question about it...
I would like to see your son, I think, it is your mother instinct, which make you see your son look like hercules :D

Iron Neck has an awesome body for his age, and if you say, your son has same size without ever lifting weights, and he is one year younger....

If you're sincere, your eyesight should be 1/20, poor aging lady :D

i have never seen someone get owned as badly as Cheri is owning ironneck, brutally scathing posts.
holee shit you an i agree on something! sarcasm are you saying that iron neck aka limp dick likes to partake in the poop shoot instead of the camel toe?

Same goes for Arvilla, he looks fabulous for his age, I guess he's 55 or something, great condition, he looks like an one happy old geezer...

You are seriously a tool kiddo.  400lb dead lifts?    ::)  No wonder you hurt yourself.  Without adding insult to injury ... at 17 you are still growing, don't attempt such foolish lifts for your size and age or you will really take yourself out of the game permanently.

ok...........since hedge asked
does it bother you that your "lol the jackass of the month" on my website??
it's all in fun but if it does ill remove it!

Mike

When did he ask?

I didn't even know you had me on your site...lol.....it's an honor.   hahaha.

I'm outta here for the weekend.  Going to help over see my freinds prep at his show this weekend in Iowa City, Iowa.

Actually, I was in Des Moines, Iowa for the weekend.  Got mixed up on where we were going since I wasn't driving....lol.  My freind...who frequently posts over on Mayhem....got 2nd in the open(only three in the class. Had him 2nd all the way.), and 4th in the submaster's(12 competitors in that class.  Although I had him 3rd and I'm usually very critical with the guys I'm with.  I usually place them lower then there scored.)  Oh and he's 41 years old too.  Not bad for an old guy.  ;)

Damnit, I wish I could work one on one with you on your posing cause some of it is still sucky.  Better then before but still sucky in some respects.

You haven't posted any quarter turn pics.  Why?  Thats very important in the AM judging.  Let's see those next.

hey cheri you may be right with training too heavy
but i also want to break the german teenage deadlift record
i would have to lift more than 235kg
i don`t know if i`m gonna try it or train lighter and keep me fit and functional ,i don`t want to destroy my body

Hahahahaha.  I remember the first show I did....thought there was an earthquake goin' on underneath my feet!  I calmed down...kinda....and went on to do very well.  The next couple of show's I did I wasn't nervous at all.  Actually, I couldn't wait to get onstage to show off all the hard work I put into getting ready.

Don't waste all the hard work you put into doing this by going blank and getting nervous(deer in the headlights look.)  If you want to kill some of the nerves just look at the judges during prejudging.  Which you should be doing anyways.  Have a confident smile and act like you BELONG up there.

BTW where are those quarter turn pics I requested?  How much are you working on them?  I hope your not putting all your efforts into the mandatories.  I can't stress enough how important quarter turns are and that you nail each one right on the money.
