You need to work on developing blocks in your abs.  Roman chair sit ups w/ a 25-45lb. weight alwats helped me.  Did abs 5-6 days a week leading up to the show.  Also did alot of hanging straight leg raises.

Freak 8)

ummmm       should you really do them that much?  i mean they are a normal muscle, and respond to weight training the same as any other muscle.....so wouldnt traiing them that often constitute over training and slow gains (well in this case, slow definition.)

The body will get used to anything, but i will agree with u on this one and say that  that much ab training is probably unnecessary.

You still have to eat right Steele, don't you?  Otherwise why not just eat donuts, pizza and ECA.

Yes, you are right Cheri..

Mike,

1. are you doing 3 ECA stacks per day or only before your morning cardio?
2. do you do ECA 7 days?
3. are you doing cardio once or twice day?
4. what is your BF now? looks to be around 6-8%
Here comes the money shot

They start working on those six pack early these days, add some weed and some local easy girls and life is good

while the older fools are in the gym working out...if only I could turn back time.

I'd take the older fool in the gym over a wasted guy any day.

Man what a change from that picture to your current ones. Awesome work Mike! I bet when you were at that weight you thought you looked pretty good, but now you just must think how much more impressive you do look.

Best of Luck, keep us posted with pics!
