Mike don't do anything for legs from this point on.  Hopefully Larry has told you this.  For the life of me I don't know why you were doing legs the other night.  You should be allowing them to heal.  Next time you should stop training legs two weeks out and see how they look then.

BTW when is your last tanning session?  You don't want any water build up the last couple of days.  I would usually stop the Monday before the show.  But thats just me.
