The new do is an improvement.  Delts are awesome.  Arms are good.  Pecs need work.  There is actually a semblance of decent abs under the mid-section blubber.

My advice: cut the carbs for six weeks & add 30 minutes on the step-mill 5x week on an empty stomach.  Expected results: visible abs, more defined pecs, shapelier looking arms/delts...

Excellent advice.....im going to buckle down ,get serious and do it, thanks for the feedback.......mike

Yem, I was thinking the same thing.  Arms and delts overpower the pecs -- but that can be worked on easily.  Maybe too much flat benching??

As far as diet -- cut the carbs and hit the cardio.  But, you have a nice base to work with.

at 6'2 you got some long assed shins so huge calves isnt gonna happen ..... but they dont look too tiny from the side and they definately look better than the old pics you posted.
