Here is the first video of many on my road to compete. I have been dieting for three weeks now and I'm getting leaner. I will update with photos and videos every three weeks or so. I am planning to compete in August at one of the South Florida shows.

Props Mike, I know I give you shit but I admire the start on getting diced, just hit calves hard and I think with dieting you will look good on stage.

Hire someone to help you with your mandatories and quarter turns. I'd actually like to see that than the ab shots and most musculars. It will give all of us a better idea.

hire someone to show me the mandatorie poses?!?!!?,isnt it just following the head judges instructions?
"quarter turn to the right"quarter turn facing front" etc etc
no? (all the while tensing all the muscles in the body,even the ones not being called)

JUST F*CKING LISTEN FOR ONCE!

Get a hold of someone that has done a show and knows how to do mandatories and quarter turns. Believe me when I say this.....You have no clue how to pose and how to show your body in the best possible position. I thought I knew how to pose cause I went to a few shows and watched a some Mr. Olympia tapes. Boy was I wrong. Someone took the time to run me through all the quarter turns and mandatories and it really helped me out when I was on stage.

Next idea for your "video".

Just go through some quarter turns and hold them hard for 10 seconds each.
