What's your ab routine look like?

If I were you I would start doing some low back extensions to bring out you lower lumbar (christmas tree) better.  Before a show I would do 3 sets of 15-20 reps with a 25lb. plate 3 times a week.

Freak 8)

straight leg raises (4 sets 15 reps)
kneeling rope crunches (10 forward..10 to the right ...10 to the left = 1 set)
4 sets of these
crunch board.............30 reps each set   .... ...4 sets

(thanx freak ,i been neglecting lower back, ill start those this week)

You should try Roman Chair sit-ups with a weight.  Again with a 25lb. plate.  This will hopefully bring out some blocks in your abs.  Observe....

Oh, then why does Mike knock you so hard.  Shit, that's a different story all together.  Very good work then.  Also, you need to tell Mike that he is losing way too much muscle.  Where is Mindspin when you need him?

Please weed, in all seriousness, enlighten us, tell us how you can be so vastly knowledgeable on BB'ing & look like a pile of sh*t. We are all waiting, tell us, oh great Disciple of Joe Weider. Now here's a question for those who've actually been on-stage, Mind-spin, Freak , Colussius, & anyone else I've left out. Remember, after the show when you went back to the gym? Do you guys remember getting so friggin pumped it was actually painful?& how quick it happened.

how does mike go form 270-240 and not show more extensive vascularity and muscle striations?  That's 30lbs!  Looks like it wasn't just fat that Mike dropped.  LLES, stop "helping" Mike.

You stupid fat-f*ck ,he's depleted, how is he suppose to be vascular? As far as the striations, same as above. Once again you show just how f*cking ignorant you are. Do you even have the slightest concept on what it takes to compete? Listen STFU & watch(remember this?) you might just learn something.Better yet, Tell us ,this is your chance, tell us how all of us "Competitive BB'ers" on this board, who have actually been on stage, tell us how YOU can do it better. Hell, I'll be the first to admit ,I do not know everything, teach me Weed, explain to me how you can improve us or just me in BB'ing, I'm dying to know. Seriously, how can you make me a better BB'er? Here's your chance ,put up or shut up.If you can, I personally will write a thread on how Weed made me a better BB'er.

I honeslty think you need to take a back seat to Mindspin.  You just need to say, "Mike, I'm sorry.  I thought I knew what I was doing.  I don't.  It's time for me to bow out."

Larry, I was fortunate enough not to "blow up" after my shows.  It was such drastic change for me, that I slowly gained the weight back after I competed.  I put on about 15lbs immediately, but it was gradual after that.  But the guys that I competed with (about 9 of us competed in the same shows) experienced just what you are talking about.  One guy ended up in the hospital, but it was because overdid it with eating high sodium foods and not drinking enough fluids.  His face was all bloated, and he said it hurt when he trained, even though he felt strong as an ox.

Because LLES has his body in a catabolic state.

You lose a lot of water while dieting and you get flat.  If he increased carbs for just 3-5 days his weight would go up 10lbs I imagine, and he wouldn't look flat.

Weedouttheweak apparently has never dieted down and he's talking out of his ass.

Yeah, Maybe MS does, but the fact remains ,you have no idea what your talking about & while I may very well take a backseat to MS, I am years ahead of you & you are not qualified to carry my Jock-strap,fatboy.
