I'm just trying to help mike avoid looking like vince goodrum onstage. With his bodyfat where it is now, he will have 0 seperation on stage.

Mike's show is sometime in mid-June I believe. That's still about 8 weeks away; right now he looks about 10-12% bodyfat so he's got enough time to dial in at about 6% come contest day.

sS, Yemini didn't have to start working towards a contest in the same shape or the same age as Michael. Yem also has a different set of genetics. Yes, Mindspin had to work real hard to get onto stage, Michael has to work that much harder due to the fact that he doesn't have the genetics and started out with 30% bf. No one is saying Michael is Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, etc. but you do have to recognize and respect the changes he has made with his body. He looks damn good and not only will look awesome on stage, I know he's going make all getbiggers very proud come June 10th. He already makes me very proud.

If Arvilla is a LEGIT 7-8% come contest time, then he should be very happy.

I will be very impressed if he gets that low.

8 weeks is a loooog time. I diet for 6 weeks total for a show and come in at 2% BF every time.. I'm at about 8-10% off season

Honestly I don't see abs anywhere. I do however, see loose blubbery skin in his lower abdomen. Sorry that his upsets you $:-\$
