Love the token hip bag in the first pic.  Those really are ridiculous looking, however they do serve a purpose when away from your fridge.

Why are you talking about filling out?  Looks like you have another 25-30 lbs of fat to lose to look cut.  Hopefully you won't look skelletal at that weight.
What the hell are you looking at?

I'm looking at Arvilla's body

check out the mindspin transformation picks...ARvilla is substantially fatter now then Mindspin is in his before picture

vs.

Do you think Mike is leaner then mindspin here?  How much weight do you think that Mindspin had to lose to go from the before to the after picture?

Well guess what Mike will have to lose even more weight because Mike is also a lot taller then Mindspin which means that that thicker layer of bodyfat extends over a larger body.  This means he will have to lose even more weight then mindspin did.

I'm just trying to help mike avoid looking like vince goodrum onstage.  With his bodyfat where it is now, he will have 0 seperation on stage.

Mike's show is sometime in mid-June I believe.  That's still about 8 weeks away; right now he looks about 10-12% bodyfat so he's got enough time to dial in at about 6% come contest day.

sS, Yemini didn't have to start working towards a contest in the same shape or the same age as Michael.  Yem also has a different set of genetics.  Yes, Mindspin had to work real hard to get onto stage, Michael has to work that much harder due to the fact that he doesn't have the genetics and started out with 30% bf.  No one is saying Michael is Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, etc. but you do have to recognize and respect the changes he has made with his body.  He looks damn good and not only will look awesome on stage, I know he's going make all getbiggers very proud come June 10th.  He already makes me very proud.

If Arvilla is a LEGIT 7-8% come contest time, then he should be very happy.

I will be very impressed if he gets that low.

Laura, deadly serious here, you should get used to hearing criticisms of Mike. Seriously. When you are sitting in the audience, chances are you will overhear quite a few. You don't want to snap out and do a Barbara Kamali or anything :D

8 weeks is a loooog time.  I diet for 6 weeks total for a show and come in at 2% BF every time.. I'm at about 8-10% off season

Yeah but you're not Arvilla.  I can tell he is at about 16% BF right now.  Mike - how's your x-mas tree?  Let's see some pics.  How about the quad separation...

I may have missed it somewhere along the line, but what are your workouts like?  Are you staying HEAVY?  Lost any strength?  Weighted abs would be a good thing...

Worry about your own damn x-mas tree.   You don't see abs here (and that's relaxed)?  You are fucking blind.
2nd shot shows them as well.  He still has over 7 weeks left.

btw, he's at 10% bf.

Honestly I don't see abs anywhere.  I do however, see loose blubbery skin in his lower abdomen.  Sorry that his upsets you :-\

Oh, and Body88, no need to call me out bro.  I have no x-mas tree or quad separation right now, but I'm not the one who will be standing in posing trunks in front of hundreds of people at a show in just a few weeks...

Peace!
