Yes, Mike looks greatly improved. It is because his dipshit nutritionist finally remitted and added an extra steak to each of his daily meals. That actually resulted in extra carbohydrates as his body underwent facilitated gluconeogenesis from the excess protein summed from his previous baseline protein intake and the newly added protein from his steaks. Fine. It's an expensive, inefficient way to do it, but at least he got his carbs. Whatever. At least we are all now seeing the results of what some of us have been prostelytizing for months. Congratulations.

whoa Arvilla you look smaller than me and I'm under 155.  Maybe it's because you're so tall it's hard for you to fill out your frame.  I guess I'm being too hard on you, considering that you're 6'4" and lifetime natural you're decently thick.  I guess most naturals like you at this tall height look even worse.  I think the expectations are set too high for tall naturals.

so Sherri you're right I'm holding him to an unfair standard.  Mindspin is well under 6'0" and juiced aND Arvilla is 6'4" and natural so they really should not be compared.

 ???

Arvilla is not natural, he has freely admitted to that.

hmmm... I'm not sure I understand how steak has added extra carbohydrates  :-\

btw Mike, you didn't answer my last question  ;)

I may have missed it somewhere along the line, but what are your workouts like?  Are you staying HEAVY?  Lost any strength?  Weighted abs would be a good thing...

Dip-shit huh? let's see your pics & how great you are, until then STFU,bitch! I have Mike's prep completely planned out & don't need a know-it-all like yourself to step in & try & sound like you actually have a clue of what's going on.

Honestly I don't see abs anywhere.  I do however, see loose blubbery skin in his lower abdomen.  Sorry that his upsets you :-\

Oh, and Body88, no need to call me out bro.  I have no x-mas tree or quad separation right now, but I'm not the one who will be standing in posing trunks in front of hundreds of people at a show in just a few weeks...

Peace!

Well I disagree with you're b/f assessment but you are right about being entitled to you're own opinion!

oh well you should take it as a great compliment then that you look shorter.  Cause it's not like you are ever standing next to anyone else in your pics, the only thing I have to go on is your proportions, which means that your width is dwarfing your height.

Arvilla has to try to overcome a 6'4" height to look wide, that's tough.  I bet if tried gear he could put on some quality mass.

Your arms are looking tight bro.  You'll have no problem losing that extra weight, just do your cardio outside it's been hot the last week or so here in South Florida.  What weight are you planning on competing at?

Bast I know you have bad blood with Arvilla, but be fair, yes you are more muscular than him but you are also only 5'7".  Arvilla is 6'4" and it is very hard to get muscular at that height without steroids.  It's hard to be a tall BBer and Arvilla has taken on the challenge without any help from drugs.

Arvilla you keep up the hard work you might never look like the freaks that you admire so much but at least you will be natural and know that you earned every pound.

I was implying he's not natural.  Why would you just assume that?  ::)
