I started training at 19, so I can't say if he's juiced to the gills or not.
Many people say from 15-20 you can make gains in the gym without juice like a 30 yr old on the juice, because your hormone levels are through the roof and your body is growing anyway in all directions.
Guys who already start out seriously as early as 15 or 16 will have a major base and benefit for the rest of their lives, the gains you can make in this short window of age are unique.
But which teenager is interested in bullshit like that anyway (and it's good that they aren't)...
