If you are mature philosophicaly, You would never say this kind of thing.

you meditate for a purpose dont you? whatever that may be, meditating is the vessel of your aim

now why degrade me , isnt that a waste of your time? especially since you say im immature philosophically and you are the supposed mature one or higher than me by your words philosophically

your muscle massed is only sustained by how much calories you assimilate on a daily basis thats it!

we are talking a negligable difference in bodyfat percentage between two guys consuming 3000 calories per day one guy  running 6-8 miles a day at a good pace while the other guy doing squats and lunges all out balls to the wall" low volume or even high volume routine it still goes back to there body only demanding 3000 calories whether you use up all those calories in 3 sets or 20

i dont know where these fools get off on these hit protocols, any pro athletes train multiple hours per day kobe bryant was training 6 hours a day or so, these fools love to bring up dorian who is all washed up as there prime example for a low volume routine wich means nothing if your calories are not high enough

the truth stands, if you want to gain muscle mass you need to force your body and workouts to demand more and more calories and more and more of a training load high volume or low volume

Not all calories are created equally and besides that, the calorie is an entirely artificial construct.

The package may say 200 kcals/100 g, but it could be anywhere between 170-230 kcals/100 g in a calorimeter.

How the body deals and responds to the food is going to vary based on the macronutrient content and genetic variation.

Just find out what works for you and stick to it.

Well, You are deadly wrong. I love the meditation itself. In short, I am an addict to it. Same as training. Even if my muscle wont grow, still keep on training. Cus i am an addict.
I dont care what result the meditation bring(Higher level or whatever.). If I have a aim for it and no joy there(like no pain no gain spirits), I wouldnt do the meditation.
My life is always fun. No pain at all.

When you go to the toilet, do you think "Oh I should go to the toilet to get the excess water out and the reason is scientificaly...etc"?

Why you need reason? Are you insecure about your life and need some "permissions" from anyone? Who is that anyone who give you a permission? Think about it..

Reason doesnt have anything to do with aim directly.
