Exactly. In addition to 3-4 whole food meals. If you eat every 2-3 hours then 1 or 2 of them can be a MRP. The sequence can also be flipped...say a MRP for breakfast and then a whole solid for your next two meals etc...

Truth. Back in the day, I thought two meals a day, plus a bunch of sugar-shakes were the secret to life. Now, I was training like crazy then, so I was in great shape and grew a little, but I never got big.
Now, I'm doing 3-4 whole food meals per day, every day, and I'm getting my body back to where it needs to be. I don't wanna be *huge*, but it would be interesting to see what I'd look like at a jacked 220.
I'm between 208-215 now and growing slowly. I'll probably go to about 235-240 and then start trimming. It's been a great ride, so far, that's for sure.
