Groink looks good but you guys are totally off base when it comes to competitive bodybuilding...His 15% is more like 20%...And if he was to do a show and come in like one should come in, he would easily lose 50 pounds min...Now if he used drugs while dieting down, he could show up in contest shape at 220...Very good physique but this guy will never get under 6% bodyfat because reality will sink in...
