You got an IFBB Pro working right beside you. Have Marty put you on a leg & back routine & follow it to the tee. You have no excuses at your next show. From the front Mike you looked pretty good,but you've got to get some size on those legs esp the hams. Your ass needs to be crawling out of the gym on leg day. You cannot just rely on Chest ,shoulders & arms. No excuses, just do what you got to do. I don't want to hear what your gonna do, I want to see you do it.

Larry ...your right! (plan on exactly that!!!!)

i was dead-dog tired/drained and should not have let it show on stage! (in this pic you can clearly see that)
every show is a learning process for me (only been competing for a few years now)

Well pick Marty's brain as often as possible, follow it too a tee & I guarantee you will start moving up. Laura looked great (esp considering what she's been thru) but put her on the stairmaster 25min a day & her lower body will match the upper in no no time. Laura has a really good frame on her, just need to dial that lower body & she's there.

Laura getting onstage after her health issues is a victory in itself. Don't listen to the haters, do your homework & if you improve from show to show thats all you really need. Placing are in the judges hands, but if you make improvement & you know 100% that you have made improvements(esp in weak areas) that's all that matters. Sooner or later the judges can't ignore you. The only comp. you have is with yourself.

Thanks! ...............yea i think shes going to try a different color next show she does
she saw some suits on other girls/competitors at this show she liked (green was one of them i think)

Another great effort Mike. Congratulations...You've made some excellent improvements and Laura....wow, just so amazed after all she's been through to be able to get into that kind of shape. You're both very inspiring..I now have no excuse not to be in top shape.
