You got an IFBB Pro working right beside you. Have Marty put you on a leg & back routine & follow it to the tee. You have no excuses at your next show. From the front Mike you looked pretty good,but you've got to get some size on those legs esp the hams. Your ass needs to be crawling out of the gym on leg day. You cannot just rely on Chest ,shoulders & arms. No excuses, just do what you got to do. I don't want to hear what your gonna do, I want to see you do it.
