Taylors Logbook
« on: January 04, 2010, 05:33:16 PM »
im not going to be keeping full details of all of my workouts. but just updating with highlights, personal records, exceptional workouts, weight gains, body fat drops, etc. im too lazy to get a real logbook and brin it with me to the gym, so this is my alternative.  :)

current pr's...

bench= 405 and 315x8
deadlift= 545 and 405x8
barbell curls= 135x10
smith machine behind the neck press= 275x10

(i miswrote above)... im going t start with it again today and im going to either do more weight or more reps depending on ho light 225 feels... i might try for 315 or i might stick with 275 and try to get 10-12 reps..

right now i eat zero carbs and zero fats all day long, just chicken egg whites and veggies. then at about 5 oclock i lift. after i lift i eat whatever my heart desires. this has been working really well to lean me out slowly without hurting strength or muscle mass

im not sure when but in the upcoming future ill post full body picsfrontand back

today i worked out my chest and my goal was to get a new personal record of 12 reps of 315 bb press but when i tried to i only got 6 reps, which is 2 shy of what i got last wrokout, my personal best, 8 reps with 315. so that was very disaapointing. i still trained as hard as i possibly could and did about 6 sets flat bench, 4 sets smith incline, 3 sets standing machine flys, 2 sets cable crossovers. most of them pushign with full intensity and failing about 5-7 reps.

dissapointing strength, but i worked as hard as i could, and my chest looked really good in the mirror...im leaner than i was befor and my chest looks much better, even though i wasnt lifting heavy i did get pretty pumped just cuzof my effort and intensity i guess..
