By the time I have trained a woman for two or three years, she basically knows everything I know. She could start her own business and do quite well.
The point for me is, once I am not instructing you or educating you farther, I am only cheerleading and holding you accountable for the appointment.
Fuck that, yeah, I'll take you money, but its out of apathy. Attrition also comes to mind. It's not that I don't care anymore, there are just others that can fill those slots that have not yet graduated to the "I need a rep-counting-cheerleade" status. New blood is always more exciting than the old blood. The new stuff has an open mind. I want clients who are serious. I want clients who improve.
I'm out in a different part of the ballpark here. I don't want lifetime clients that can't go away. They have to be weaned off the titty.
Those are the ones I'm talking about. It has nothing to do with "not caring"
As far as "knowing it all"... been there, studied that, applied this, empirical data counted that... I still have a shitload to learn. Once I "know everything" the fun will be gone. I know more than enough to get people in the shape they want to be in.
ALl they have to do is be serious, listen, and apply. It aint rocket science. Its a committment, and THAT my friendies, is something very few people understand.
