Just shaving the body hair alone can make you look 10 pounds lighter.

Very true, however it wont calculate to loosing 10lbs on the scale!  Appearance wise tho, ur right!

You felt the need to shave yet cover your legs even more than in the first pic? What gives? Either way decent progress. Add in some wind sprints and really see what you are capable of IMO.

Def not shaved legs!!  Just not concerned with my legs right now..Obviously!!hahahah!

In general my diet for 6 days a week has consisted of the following;;

-Protein shake, and fruit either apple or bananna for breakfast
-Fruit and or almonds in between
-mixture of meat btween chicken, filet steak, ground turkey, some fish (talapia), and ground beef (lean) for lunch with sweet or reg potato
-protein shake between lunch and dinner
-Same as lunch for dinner, maybe throwing in brown rice periodically

On the 7th day (usually saturday) I cheat all day and eat whatever I want....Usually two big meals out on the town..

However, never any fast food and never any carbonated drinks (other than beer).

My biggest problem is that I travel with my job so its hard to eat out clean...And, I want to drink a lot as well..

Wine instead of beer (red wine) has helped as well.

Pretty solid.  My advice is drop the CLA and take fish oils.  Yeah, eating clean and travelling is hard as shit.  Even protein bars these days have a boatload of fat and carbs and are bad to eat on the road.  My favorite is going to burger king or McD's and getting the grilled chicken sandwich with no sauce and have them add an extra chicken breast which only adds $1.50 to the cost.

Thx for the advice...I will def try the fish oils..What if you take them both at the same time?

Also, when I have to eat fast food I will go to Wendys get a plain grilled chick, drop the bread and get a plain potato vs. fries and a bottled wat to drink...Not bad!!

thats the 1st before/after pic I have seen were the before is tan and the after pic is pale skin...

Good job. I'd stay at that new weight for a while and make your gains solidify, maybe even add some. With the bodyfat lower, you will be more likely to gain muscle than fat.


Once your body is used to where it's at, drop a little more fat.

Donthate. Looking great man. Your pics are inspirational. Right now I'm built like you in the before pic, and seeing how good you can look after just 10 weeks of strict dieting, realy motivates me to quit the excuses and get serious about what I'm eating.

It's gonna be hard, but I am looking to gain more muscle mass, NATURALLY, and then try and shred off more fat! 
I will keep you guys updated on how my progress is coming along in a few weeks..
Any feedback on new supplements or diet changes would be appreciated!
