sure you can! you could diet on whey protein only. just a few scoops per day is all you would need. oud get ripped in no time!!! id just advise you to eat some vegetables along with it, and also take some fish oil...   the vegetables will help keep your body healthy and balance the PH of the whey... the fish oil to meet essential fatty acid requirements.


Would this diet work Tbombz ?

Meal 1 : 250g of whey protein w/water
Meal 2 : 1/2 cup of white sugar  w/10g of lard
Meal 3 : 1/2 cup of white sugar  w/10g of lard
Meal 4 : 1/2 cup of white sugar  w/10g of lard
Meal 5 : 1/2 cup of white sugar  w/10g of lard
Meal 6 : 1/2 cup of white sugar  w/10g of lard

Now we're getting down to it.  Not sure I can even concede this to Team Physics.  With the exception of drug users, healthy people generally look healthy and unhealthy people generally look unhealthy.  Of course there are exceptions but that's the rule.

And even if you could look great but be unhealthy, who would choose to?  Why not look great and be healthy at the same time?

I can't remember anymore why I lost (or thought I lost) muscle mass in 2008. I have to admit that I don't remember that post at all. Maybe my rate of weight loss was too high in the beginning.

But I know I gained strength on my last cut which was very slow. I don't claim that the principles work better than any other BB diet, since any other BB diet follows them anyway.

My example is irrelevant anyway, I know I'm not the posterboy for a relaxed diet. Look at TA or tbombz, they are way better examples.

Nope.  I advocate getting AT LEAST the RDA minimum of all Vitamins and Minerals.  I also advocate NOT USING ANY Multivitamin whatsoever.  I want all nutrients to come from your food choices.

this is a false idea based on a false idea of protein digestions.

look up whey protein digestion rate. its about 10 grams per hour, slowly increasing over time. your 250gf whey protein shake should take about 25 hours to fully digets...  ;)

Countless studies have shown Multivitamins to be ineffective and potentially harmful, especially when ingested daily.  Plus, there is no point in taking any when your food choices are varied as mine are.

Your typical moron bodybuilding approach is at times lacking as food choices are limited, which in turn limits certain vitamins and minerals.
