sure you can! you could diet on whey protein only. just a few scoops per day is all you would need. oud get ripped in no time!!! id just advise you to eat some vegetables along with it, and also take some fish oil... the vegetables will help keep your body healthy and balance the PH of the whey... the fish oil to meet essential fatty acid requirements.
