Weetbix, nutrigrain a protein shake and now a cup of coffee.I have a freezer full of top quality beef, so will be cooking myself a t-bone or scotch fillet shortly.

True, but you could just buy what you need fresh which means refrigerated and never frozen from any Supermarket. Meat of any kind should NEVER be frozen, only refrigerated.
one of the downfalls in buying in bulk. Gotta freeze it unfortunately, but is better than any beef you would buy in a super market. Neighbour across the road owns a farm and specialises in organic beef, so we buy half a cow off them every so often.
Yes, i was just talking about that yesterday actually.. I always get whatever i want out the freezer the day before and put it straight to the fridge. within 24hrs it ready to go straight on the pan.
