I was going to bash on you like the rest of these guys, but I actually feel kind of bad for you having to take all this shit. So Im just going to give you some constructive criticism instead. First off, your barbel curls and bench presses were awfull. You should always use full range of motion during an exercise. This is BASIC knowledge. If the 225 set was a warm up set, then I could forgive you, but even then you should use full range. At least from bottom to half, and not top to the middle... It just looks stupid!
The dumbell presses were much better and appealing for the eye to watch. The dip set I didnt care for so much, but was ok... So were the flyes, but due to the fact that your on gear, and obviously dont put that much of effort in the gym makes it all much more unimpressive. Dont get me wrong, you got a nice build and all, but I think you need to improve on some of your techniques and stuff. I also dont like the fact that your scamming people with your supplements, but thats another topic.
