At this moment, OFF CYCLE, you're probably right--I can only do around 10-12 reps for 315lbs on bench.  I was originally quoting my last cycle numbers, because those are what count.  Mya rms are just under 20, I will measure now.

Ross if you say you can do 30 reps people are going to expect full Rom perfect form. Ever seen David otunga bench, from halfway up, never touches his chest and his chest is ridiculous for his size

Flat BENCH is a mass movement, and the proper range of motion for CHEST is precisely how I performed it in the video. You want FULL range of motion, check my DB presses!)

Show us proof of why thats the proper way of doing it.

In addition, does it bother you that you literally are a straight line from the back your delt to your elbow?

2.  The 'bench press' is a defined movement with universally accepted perameters, whet you did is not a bench press.

My chest is my most developed muscle, so I don't go extremely heavy anymore for fear of injury.  In addition, I actually get better gains from this rep scheme.


first off you didnt get 30 you got 28 and struggled on your warm up

then you claim the 315 set was a drop set...where was the bench video of the set you were dropping from?

I weighed in just now at 214lbs, I am off cycle and pretty lean.  Perhaps I lost a tad bit of arm size, but they are still around 20, I can measure tonight.
Yes man measure AND POST THE PICCCCCCCCCCCCC  if not its bullshit your arms is 17'' at best prove us "haters" wrong post a pic with waist and arm measurments.
