Onlyme, ends up in jail for shooting Kmphoto after accusing him of taking only bad pictures of all PDI events to make it fail, but he does make Craggie's his new wife in Clark county.  Happily ending afters.
240 denies ever supporting PDI and threatens to kill Weedouttheweak, but is unable to because a friend tells us all about a  serious illness contracted in the amazon while he was telling the tribes about how great a web designer he is.
Wayne sells all of the PDI shirts that he has made up, to buy a PR team to convince the world that this isn't the second or third time that he has tried this.
Rhino tracks down the squad and beats the sh*t out of all of them, not surprisingly, outside of a few thank you cards, nobody cares.

Keith:Well who knows I won't be as dumb as the others to put a actual date on it.  But, I see it surviving longer than you expect.  But then I am alway hopeful in something that will come along and improve BB over what the IFBB has done to it the past few years.  After the first year NiceRag will be switching over from being an IFBB groupie to a PDI goupie and start begging for sex from their athletes since all the IFBB athletes have already had her and don't want seconds.  And who knows, Denise and NiceRaq will end up being the poster girls for the IFBB and that right there would seal the doom of the IFBB.

Keith told me stories about how he brought Shawn Ray to Hawaii but Shawn wouldn't get up on stage and pose because he was too fat. Then Shawn wasn't happy with his fancy room and wanted an upgrade. So Keith upgraded it for him which cost a lot of money. Shawn was late getting to the hotel so they gave the room to someone else. Shawn was livid. Keith never did like him after that debacle.

Eight years ago, Keith was the first poster to reply to a thread I started. He used one of his life experiences, though a story, to drive home his point. Back when I was a naive "bodybuilder", I read all his stories about the legends of yesteryear, as well as his tips on training.

Keith Jones was a good man, who went to soon.

Okay my first one.  And this one gets me everytime I tell it to someone.  Very hard for me not to get teared up when I think about this time.  (Yes I am now)

Anyway I was a celebrity volunteer for the Special Olympics.  For about 3 years I spent allot of time traveling around the country working with the Special Olympics as a volunteer to help encourage the kids and also put on demonstrations and hold clinics for the kids.  At time Rafer Johnson was the President of the Special Olympics.  I met with him and Eunice Shriver (who invented the Special Olympics with her husband Sargent, and is also Maria Shrivers parents) and we were looking into having armwrestling as part of the Special Olympics.  Well that didn't last to long cause it is a very long and very hard and expensive ordeal.  You literally have to have EVERY chapter around the world not only have it as a demonstration sport first but 100% of them have to approve it. 

SO I gave up on that idea but still brought my table to every Special Olympics I went too.  And at every single event I ever went to, my clinic was the most packed and participated of them all.  I mean EVERYONE wanted to armwrestle.

Well one thing I did was let the kids armwrestle me.  I would sometimes armwrestle 300 kids or more a day.  It was awesome!  Every single kid I let beat me.  And every kid woudl go ballastic.  They would jump up and down yelling they beat me and everything.  It was great.  The parents were usually there taking pictures and everything.  I loved this.

Well at the International Winter Games in Reno in 1989 I had a great time.  met so many people.  I played craps and all the other celebrities I would play for and won everyone money.  I can't rmemeber her name but that black ice skater who was really pretty just fell in love with me.  She was so pretty and we spent allot of time togther.  I forgot her name though.

Anyway, on the last day they have the closing ceremonies.  This where we all say bye to everyone and other awards are given out.  Allot like the closing ceremonies at the regualar Olympics.  SO I am standing up watching when all of a sudden this lady comes up to me.  She grabs me and takes me back into this hallway.  She says "Keith I should kill you"  I looked at her and said why what did I do?  She said (her son's name that I can't remember) made me stay up all night to call everyone of his friends back in Minnesota to tell them he beat the World Champion.  He was so exicited he didn't sleep at all she said.  Then she started to cry and grabbed me so hard and just said thank you so many times.  She said her son has never been that excited in his entire life.  I felt so awesome at that moment I can't tell you.

These kids are some of the best anywhere on earth.  I truly loved working with them.  In fact it was the Hawaii team that saw me at these games and the President asking me to come to Hawaii that I would be a huge hit there.

Whenever I think of stuff like this I see exactly how much of a pussy I am.  I can't believe I am letting what happened to me affect me so much.  Not sure why it does, but I will someday hopefully be an inspiration like these kids.  Then I'll be alright.

This one just came up yesterday when talking to someone.  When I first moved to Hawaii, I became involved with an organization called NO Hope IN Dope.  It was formed by a policeman and supported greatly by the force and other companies.  We went around and did speakings at schools and companies all over the state.  We did this almost every week somewhere.  I must have been to more than 50 schools around Hawaii.  Well one time we spoke at a Youth Correctional Facility.

Most of the people involved in the performance part of this were athletes or known celebrities in Hawaii.  They all took drugs at one point but then became clean and wanted to share their stories to help others.  I on the other hand has never taken drugs.  I mean like pot, coke or anything like that.  I did take steroids for awhile and I actually tell everyone that when I speak.  But the main point was the hard drugs and I was there because I became successful and led a great life without doing drugs.

Well at this correctional facility I spoke to the kids and told them stories of things i did and even armwrestled quite a few of them.  It was great and the kids loved it.  They all were really nice kids.

Well about a few years later, I was in LA with a friend walking through a mall in the Valley.  I hear "hey Keith!" all of a sudden.  We look around and their is this kid waving at me then he comes running down the escalator towards us.  We shake hands and he says "Keith you probably don't remember me but I was at the Youth Correctional Facility when you came there and talked to us."  I said I remembered that but really didn't remember him.  He said "I want to tell you that you were really great when you came there and I listened to you."  You inspired me and I armwrestle now."  I said no way and he said he lives in northern california and he has been armwrestling for the past year and won some matches.  He siad he loved it. He thanked me again and again. 

It made me feel good that I helped him.

I have another Special Olympica one I just thought of I will tell soon.

i was doing leg press and i do a lotta warm ups with real light weight. on like my third warm up set i felt pain in my testicles so i stopped and waited a few minutes. tried again with the same light weight and i would be fine on the negative but on the positive portion of every single rep it would hurt. now the pain wasnt so bad that i had to yell or i flinched badly or anything but it really scared me and i decided to just take the day off. it felt weird going in the gym all psyched up, warming up and then leaving but i thought it was the smart thing to do.
Now i have no idea why this is hurting. I am 16 years old i dont know if that helps.  ive never had any problems with this before. i havent been hit in the nuts with a ball or any thing for a long time and nothing happened earlier in the day that affected them. i dont really know what a hernia is but i was wondering if thats what i have.
I'd really appreciate any helpful advice or any explanation of why this would happen and how to stop it from happening again if there is any trick or should i see a doctor. (i dont have one right now or health insurance so hopefullly that is not the only solution.) thank you for any serious advice that you are willing to give me. 
i am going to try to workout my legs in a few hours to see if it hurts again. if it hurts during my warm ups i will just train my back so either way at least i'll get a workout.

How sad that Pete and Keith were no longer good friends at the end. I asked Keith several times about Pete and did so again last week. Keith felt that Pete changed and broke off connections with friends and family. Now I read that Pete was his kid's godfather!  What a pity Pete and Shawn can't post condolences in the tribute thread.

Let me see what I can do.  My friend and my kids godfather is Pete Grymkowski who used to own Gold's.  He visit Brazil quite often and was looking to buy a place down there on some fancy island I can't remember the name of.  As far as I know he is in Mexico right now till the end of May.  He has a place down there.  I will email him and see what he is doing.  He would be great to interview since he bascially knows the best stories.

Noworries: I decided I didn't want to get in this debate again.  Keith is a friend and I have known him a very long time.  I have defended him and got into it with many guys on here.  I have finally figured it is useless to try to convince people who have no idea what they are talking about when they say shit about Keith.  You guys make it sound like he doesn't care and he hasn't tried to get back to where he was.  And I have seen as has many others and seen what he goes through.  From reading a lot of the shit on here I promise most of you would no way last through what Keith has gone through.  This shit happened to him almost 10 years ago and he just spent 2 weeks in the hospital last Christmas from his leg swelling so big.  SO until you guys get your shit together then it is useless for me or him or anyone to stop the shit you post.  Ron is pretty much spinless because he allows this shit.  But hey it makes Getbig popular.  So carry on kids.
