no no,, like i said if you natural and stay natural,, nothing will happen to you if you trained a few years,, you go up and down BF but no true growth anymore will happen,, strength can go up but no more real growing
there is no idea to think about training so much if you trained many years,, better to maintain good low BF and be happy,, you can look good at 165lbs with low body fat but no use thinking so much,, just diet down and maintain and then get new hobby to remove your mind from bodybuiolding or go to hormones
