i agree with ya stavios... no point in competing unless your going to do some damage... i like your idea to take a few years to bulk. but not your idea to take 3-4 weeks of dieting every so often.. just dont get fat. if you overeat one day, then go light the next. back to normal day after.
Agreed, I shouldn't get fat with the GH tho
and I am kinda eating the same thing, just bigger portions
I will only diet if I get to 10%
I want to stay in the 8-9% zone, that's the thing that will help me bring it to the next level
I put on fat so evenly that I can be 40 lbs over weight and not even look that fat, so I will monitor this closely
I am already up to 215 now with great vascularity, a bit bloated in the face but back on the diet from the easter binging
also instead of eating horse, I have a lot of ham that my father in law gave me with some pineapple so I'll eat that tonight

( I love ham, favorite meat by far)
