Ok so thats a guy hanging one arm on a chinning bar and holding the rope at the top near the bar. Over time move your hand more and more down the rope until it is below your waist. Then you should be able to OAC

As hilarious as this is, it was actually pretty instructional. It makes sense now. Thanks.

Also, wth is going on with your back dude. Are you half of a barn or something?

Actually, I almost never see people using weights with pullups.  Most guys are so heavy they dont even use pullups, they use pulldowns as a substitute.

Ha, yea start high as you can, giving as much help as possible. Even move down 1/2" a week, this is a long term goal not a short term one. You can also do the chins 2-3x week or more if you want
