Not sure if I could stomach throwing egg whites down my throat instead of whey protein powders but I will say this - I do believe that whey thickens the skin - I've upped my whey intake considerably in the last couple of months to replace an MRP I used to take and although my weight's stayed the same , what vasularity I had has all but vanished.

Having said that I'd probably be bankrupt if I bought egg whites to replace the whey - gram for gram they are ridiculously more expensive.
