nah it started as real food vs protein powder then returned to standard getbig.

when im bulking all I drink is muscle milk RTD's. sometimes I buy the powder and mix in granola and yogurt and a little peanut butter and blend it. taste fucking great! I know it can blur your abs but it's great for bulking. that's the only protein powder and RTD's I really like. the stuff actually taste good.

I haven't taken any gear for quite a few years but I have taken BBer friends to the local pharmas & I have helped out people that were 'stuck'.

Fact is the Thai pharmas for a long time were selling legit gear. Then for some reason they started to push global anabolics and other non legit bottlers. I presume the markup is higher on the non-pharma stuff and hence they push it.

Just a couple of weeks ago a BB mate came over from Singapore. He'd went to the most popular pharmacy on lower Sukhumvit, a place he'd been going for many years. They told him they didn't sell OTC and they never had and that he'd need to come back with a script.

You'd probably fare better in Pattaya getting hooked up through the gyms there.
