That's about 60-70 grams of protein a day.

For the average person the less you eat (within reason) the better. But for someone that wants to put on or even hold on to muscle don't you think you need more protein than that? An athlete or physique/bodybuilder is not the average Joe and I would think have much more demanding nutritional needs.

I want to try it out and see how I feel and respond.

trust me i have gone the 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per bodyweight as well too...  

i am looking long term anti aging as well too... how do i plan to eat/diet when i am not bbing???

plus i have so much natural muscle and mature muscle on my frame.... i will gladly burn some muscle to burn some fat... i feel many are too scared to get a little soft on a bulk and too scared to loose muscle on a cut..... you pretty much have too.

My legs - thanks to 20 rep squat program -  my legs are my ticket to an IFBB pro card in mens classic - guys in class dont have wheels like me at my height. - just old school leg programs + hot yoga (which i am a martyr for)  i just need to nail my hamstring conditioning and it is game set match.

I am all about experimenting and trying new things so I have been trying 1 meal per day and see how I feel look/feel

I love to mix it up and try new diet ideas/strategies - i will be getting into prep mode soon

I have had all of these 1 meal
3 peppers (yellow, red, orange)
3 cups of spinach
1 large avocado
8 oz chicken
1 cup of broc
1 cup of cauliflower
1 cup of sweet potatoes

those are the only cals I eat and eat them all at one sitting - I am seeing how i feel/look after 30 days and give my 2 cents on the famous IF diet (time restricted)

we will see - around day 5 now   

What is that, like 1000-1500 calories?

How much activity do you do daily? Caffeine/other drugs?

again... i am a  bit different and always willing try to new things
right  now i am weight training 2x a week and doing hot yoga every day - 7x days a week.

i will up my cals soon as i get ready for my prep. aka grow into the show.

its fun to experiment :)

4 whole eggs, 11/2 cups of egg whites w/chopped mushrooms and spinach, 1 cups oats w/1tbls psyllium husk

50grms whey isolate, 1 banana

8oz Chicken tenders, 1 cup rice

8oz  Trout, 1 cup Asparagus

50 grms whey isolate, 1/2 walnuts

10oz 88/12 beef patties, 1 cup rice, 1 cup Asparagus

Dude if you're gunning for a pro card, I'd definitely steer clear of classic, should do bodybuilding, quickest ticket to a pro card for sure, like 30 open bodybuilders a show these days.

Its the easiest route,  nobody is competing in the open bodybuilding class, all of a sudden everyone is "classic" hilarious.

Like clockwork

cardio is 7 days per week at this point

But all of this and training  really isn't necessary because of the "steroids"  ::)
