6am - 8 eggs whites, 1/2 cup oats w/psyllium husk
9am - 75 grams whey isolate, 2 rice cakes w/strawberry fruit spread (tsp each)
TRAIN
12:30pm - 8oz chicken tenders, 1 cup rice, 4oz brussel sprouts, 1/4 avacado
3:30-4 - 6oz chicken tenders, 1 cup rice, 4oz broccoli
5 pm - 1hr cardio
6:15pm - 6oz 93% ground beef, 1 cup of rice
9:30-10pm - 8 egg whites
Like clockwork
cardio is 7 days per week at this point
But all of this and training really isn't necessary because of the "steroids"
