Heading to DC today for a mini vacation. Rage against the Machine tonight then Museums tomorrow and Circue De Solei Thursday night. Hotel has a decent gym so will try and get a workout but will be on the road a bit and diet will be off. Had two more recurring nightmares about eating last night. I keep going into cafeterias and they keep running out of food while I am in line to eat.

Yeah we went through the list of all the Museums around the National Mall yesterday and picked the ones we want to see. My girl wants to see the Hope Diamond in the Smithsonian Natural History Musuem. Going to hit up the Newseum first as it Opens at 9am then the National Gallery which opens at 10 then the Smithsonians will walk the Mall and check out the monuments then see the Spy Museum then metro to Tysons Corner for the Circue De Solei show that night. Have it all planned out but first Rage Against the Machine Tonight

Youre gonna have a backache and constipation diet and have to sit in ac all day and trt lol 'diet'.... Really wes a low fat diet?
There is fat in egg yolks, Mickey Dees in fried  grease for Gods sake, and the sausage links contain fat.

This is just one day....I eat egg yolks, natty PB, olive oil, plus the fats found in the meat and poultry I eat....not a ton of fat, but not bad either.

Fat is calorie dense, should I be eating sticks of butter with Crisco Oil  chasers.

Stick to topics you know as far as nutrition is concerned.....such as eating baked grass clippings, and Argo Starch  by the boxful, dog biscuits, Malt liquor, and the occasional box of lead paint chips.

All of the above is true other than the paint chips I wear to God.

I can barely stomach a 6 oz steak. It amazes me that anyone can eat 16 oz of meat at one time. It likely all depends on what you are used to. One wonders how much of that ribeye your body can process. Do you think it is possible that most of it becomes waste you flush down the toilet?

Humans have different protein needs than canines. The canine diet consists mostly of protein. If you over feed your pup, not only might they get fat, but there will also be a lot more dog poop to scoop.
