I can barely stomach a 6 oz steak. It amazes me that anyone can eat 16 oz of meat at one time. It likely all depends on what you are used to. One wonders how much of that ribeye your body can process. Do you think it is possible that most of it becomes waste you flush down the toilet?Humans have different protein needs than canines. The canine diet consists mostly of protein. If you over feed your pup, not only might they get fat, but there will also be a lot more dog poop to scoop.

I need to eat more. If I were to be really honest I would say I need to bulk up a lot more for my legs to really fill out. It’s going to take another 20-30lbs at least. You guys say why do I eat so much and why do I worry about weight. Because I only add good weight and I have a large frame with a fast metabolism. I am still in travels today but tomorrow I will train legs. I do them first when I am the most recovered then chest and shoulders then back and bis it’s really a 3 day rotation followed by 2 days of rest then the same 3 days again. However when I train tomorrow it will be the first time in a week. My body really needed the time off. Also I had stuff to do. But I think the extra rest will benefit me. Her are the polio legs hoping I can bring them up more this next year now that I am doing ATG squats. The reason I posted on this thread is because I am going to need to eat a lot.

I am wearing size 35 shorts and have 2 inches to spare so while bulking I am about a 33. It’s funny I posted a pic yesterday showing my abs and as soon as I am in a shirt you guys claim I have a gut. No one ever claims that when I am not in a shirt. I am going to legit need to be 250lbs to fill out my legs but they don’t look too bad to me.
