We went to Universal Studios for the VIP tour. I ate a Caesar salad with added mixed greens, caprese salad, bacon mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, baked salmon, prime rib with au jus, Asian cucumber salad, mashed red potatoes, chicken tikka masala, teriyaki chicken, asparagus, and mushroom risotto. Both chicken dishes were super tender.
For dinner we went to Norm’s in Van Nuys, where I had a habanero jalapeno double beef cheeseburger with onion rings.
