4 Pieces of bacon 1 donut 2 coffee
Gyro with fries and a sprite
3 pieces salmon sashimi, 1 philly roll, 1 spicy tuna roll water and a couple sips of pepsi
Steak with onions and peppers water
Chocolate milkshake with 2 scoops of whey

We went to Universal Studios for the VIP tour.  I ate a Caesar salad with added mixed greens, caprese salad, bacon mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, baked salmon, prime rib with au jus, Asian cucumber salad, mashed red potatoes, chicken tikka masala, teriyaki chicken, asparagus, and mushroom risotto.  Both chicken dishes were super tender.

For dinner we went to Norm’s in Van Nuys, where I had a habanero jalapeno double beef cheeseburger with onion rings.

I can eat a grain of rice and get gas and bloating and slow digestion and acid reflux so it really doesn’t matter

all bullshit aside hankins,, ever think of going carnivore if thats the case? you can still eat like maniac like you do, just different food. eat bacon,eggs, sausage, rib eye, salmon, ham, burgers, chicken wings, cheese sticks, pepperoni, peanut butter.. and easily get 4-5k calories a day and not even think about ur gut.

6 whole eggs
bowl of oats with pumpkin seeds

1 1/2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup white rice (uncooked measure)
1tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup white rice
1 tbsp olive oil

250gm lean steak mince
5 rice cakes
bowl of oats with banana and pumpkin seeds

maybe another meal in a few hours.

I did that for years was very lean but you need carbs to grow and they are protein sparring. I like to eat a diverse diet those cheese sticks are also going to cause an issue. Right now things are going well I am pretty swol these days shoulders are round and midsection is actually pretty good walking around 225lbs and strength is coming back everywhere. Just going to keep doing what I am doing and try the Charlotte cup again next April. It’s a decent size show not too far away for me. But also plan to try the local strict curl contest this december. Only issue is will lose some size as I have a hernia surgery end of July and was told not to train for 6 weeks but should be back to full strength by December and hopefully further by April. But also working paying bills and dealing with being a 45 year old adult with kids and responsibilities even applied for a new job so will see how it goes but happy with current state and looking forward to this next year as injuries are starting to be in the rear view

I am not bloated I am 221/222 in the am and 225/226 in the pm these days but everything is looking good but hey whatever you do you I am happy with my current build but do have to take some time off for a hernia surgery however I think that will improve my midsection for next time I step on stage next spring/summer

Just rtd protein shakes made by Atkins so they are keto shakes. They taste delicious. But yeah some days I have nothing but 6-7 shakes a day and some fruit and veggies.
