yeah buddy!,, no cheese, no molly mcbutter? lol... i love that fuckin breakfast... ive been using cream of rice in recent years tho..
I have been looking everywhere for the Molly McButter and I can’t find it. Walmart is the only place I haven’t checked yet. Im waiting until I find the Molly McButter before i also do the cheese. But I really love the egg whites and grits together. Sometimes I add chicken to the egg whites and that tastes great mixed in as well. I have an unopened Cream of Rice. I’m going to start eating that soon…I just remember it can be tricky to cook. Egg whites mixed with rice is my other favorite and I look forward to having that each time.

Take out Chinese salt and pepper chicken, Cantonese beef and chips

Wednesday: 1 cup egg whites, 2/4 cup grits, banana
Thursday: 400g cooked white rice, 100g cooked chicken breast, 1 cup egg whites, banana
Friday: 200g Skyr yogurt 0% fat, 200g blackberries/raspberries, 1 scoop whey, 58g grape nuts
           300g cooked white rice, broccoli, 200g cooked chicken breast
Today: 1 cup egg whites, 2/4 cup grits, 100g chicken breast, 2 kiwis, banana
           3 bites of a cookie, 4 bites soft pretzel, 1 Rice Krispie square

Not on purpose. A while back I dropped fats except for 1-2 days and rest of the week I do no fat. It actually killed all my sugar and junk food cravings. But also my appetite seems to have decreased on some days. I also began waking up to workout at 2 AM and I eat breakfast around 2:30 AM. I was planning on eating a second meal of yogurt today, but I haven’t been hungry much. Just a bit hungry. It’s 5PM now on the East Coast and I’ll probably go to bed around 7:30. Same thing happened yesterday with my appetite. Gonna try to eat more tomorrow. I’m actually thankful my appetite decreased because I used to be hungry non stop and always craving pizza and sweets.

Not sure about the hours. I’ve been waking up about every hour or so throughout the night. But also have short vivid dreams.

This is something that will hurt you long term.

You should try to get to the root of the problem.
