Thanks. I bought it from a Vietnamese restaurant. I just think they fried the duck skin crispy, I don't think it had any coating or flour on it. I find most Vietnamese sauces to taste kind of bland. It was the same experience I had, when I visited Vietnam as a tourist. Most of their food is good and healthy, but it can certainly be fine tuned with some added sauce.
