Here's yesterday's food, in total:

3 oranges
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
5 oz feta cheese
4 tbsp homemade salad dressing
6 oz of steak & chicken strips
2 slices of fat free cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
2 oz cashews
4 cups of mixed greens
2 tbsp of peanut butter
