So my daughter, son-in-law and wife fixed one of the healthiest meals I've had the pleasure of eating in a long time. The details of this gastronomic delight are too involved to describe here, so you are just going to have to trust me, but I will give it a try. The meal included a lot of protein, some healthy fats and complex carbs from healthy sources. Essentially, we had bacon blue cheese burgers, potato salad with green onions, fresh green beans with cherry tomatoes and watermelon salad, which is made using cut up watermelon, fresh lemon juice, mint, blueberries and lemon zest. I feel like if this is the last meal of my life, I have died and gone to heaven.
