For dinner tonight our daughter barbecued marinated, boneless and skinless chicken breasts. With this she prepared a Caesar salad from scratch, accompanied by grilled pineapple marinated in soy sauce and some grilled crostini rubbed with roasted garlic and extra virgin olive oil. To insure we didn't go overboard on the healthy foods, we had chocolate pie for desert.

It was leg day, Bros!  ;D

7-ish Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs; 4 oz breakfast sausage; 2 slices wheat toast w/2 tsp strawberry preserves; 1 pint whole milk w/2 scoops chocolate whey.

11:30 business lunch: 3/4 lb chopped sirloin (medium); 1 loaded baked potato; 2 lightly buttered rolls; salad with Italian vinegar & oil dressing.

4pm: 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger (no mayo or ketchup)

6pm: train

8pm: 12 oz ribeye med rare; 1.5 cups pasta & tomato sauce w/Parmesan; blueberry cheesecake for dessert.

day off diet

breakfast nothing
4 small flapjacks at around 10am
3pm A bacon cheeseburger and fries at a restaurant we like, I finished my other halfs fish and mushy peas
Not hungry now and its 8 oclock.
Maybe have a sandwich later, although might not.

Friday!

7-ish: 3 scrambled eggs, 1/4 lb bacon, 2 slices french toast w/syrup, 1 pint whole milk w/2 scoops choc whey

11:30-ish: 8 oz filet mignon med rare, approx 2 cups scalloped potatoes, asparagus, shrimp cocktail, salad

4pm: Arby's large roast beef w/BBQ sauce

6-7pm: train back light & fast, 15 mins treadmil

7pm: post workout recovery beverage: 4 oz Crown Royal, 1/2 litre Diet Coke in a large cup w/lots of ice

8:30: BBQ pool party at my place - BBQ brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, sausage; seasoned fries, coleslaw, rice dressing, pinto beans w/sausage & burnt ends; garlic bread.

9pm - 2am: Several more post workout recovery drinks.
