Friday!
7-ish: 3 scrambled eggs, 1/4 lb bacon, 2 slices french toast w/syrup, 1 pint whole milk w/2 scoops choc whey
11:30-ish: 8 oz filet mignon med rare, approx 2 cups scalloped potatoes, asparagus, shrimp cocktail, salad
4pm: Arby's large roast beef w/BBQ sauce
6-7pm: train back light & fast, 15 mins treadmil
7pm: post workout recovery beverage: 4 oz Crown Royal, 1/2 litre Diet Coke in a large cup w/lots of ice
8:30: BBQ pool party at my place - BBQ brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, sausage; seasoned fries, coleslaw, rice dressing, pinto beans w/sausage & burnt ends; garlic bread.
9pm - 2am: Several more post workout recovery drinks.
