It was too much on the pumpkin side to the point of basically being pumpkin pie with a cheesecake crust. Should have been more like the cookie butter cheesecake imo, meaning a normal cheesecake with a layer of whatever on the top. Not terrible, just not what I expected. Ben and Jerry pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is much better.

My days are mundane now.  Very little to no carbs with a high carb day once a week but even then I'm not craving them so I don't have them.

Woke up, worked out empty stomach

PWO 2 scoops whey

2 hours later - grilled chicken and a bunch of raw cauliflower
nibbled on some jerkey and nuts (no homo)
some brown rice and beef
more jerkey and nuts (again no homo)
more cauliflower
big ass kale salad, very little to no dressing and salmon
protein shake with fiber before bed.

I'm doing a similar diet.  I have one cheat meal a week usually on Saturday but lately I've been struggling to decide what I want for that meal.

It sucks because during the hard stretches of the week you look forward to it and it helps get past those temptations and when the time comes nothing sounds good so you just carry on with veggies and meat, but its worth it when you look in the mirror and whores start giving you that "I want you to fuck me" look when you walk by and they take a quick peak back

Yesterday
1 bannana then 5 scoops Beverly ump protein with fiber powder at 230pm

Then for dinner at 6-small plate crock pot pulled chicken broccoli Colebslaw with healthy coleslaw dressing and small advoxadoe

Today so far
11 am foot long chicken sweet onion terriaki with lots of veggies and double chicken

Then serving pop chips

Dinner tonight wil be chicken rice beans steamed veggies

Then a pro shake with fiber

So I said fuck it and put on 20 lbs in one week.
I like myself better now.

yesterday was boring as shit.

Morning. 5 boiled eggs, 3 yolks in trash
Turkey bacon
Nothing for 4 hours
a strip sirloin bbq and a bunch of asparagus
snacked on nuts (no homo)
rotisserie chicken breast and more asparagus

Tomorrow is my high carb day, as much as I'm looking forward to it I know I will probably just stay low all day.  The positive part is my face is leaning up nice, energy through the roof and awesome workouts.

Ate horrible this weekend. Looking forward to getting back on track Monday.

Had a cheat meal Saturday; burrito from Baja Fresh and pint of Ben n jerrys.
Sunday had McDonald's. Big Mac, large fry, and mcchicken.

Made an amazing (angus sirloin) pot roast today. Used French onion soup and homemade gravy to flavor the broth along with carrots, celery, onions and red/Yukon gold potatoes.
